1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the Systemores Profiler ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must cease using the Service immediately.
2. Description of Service
Systemores provides a deterministic behavioral intelligence platform. The profiles, signatures, and archetype classifications generated by the Service are **synthetic analyses** derived from Publicly Available Information (PAI) using the Adjective Check List (ACL) framework.
3. Important Disclaimers
NOT A MEDICAL EVALUATION: The Service is an intelligence and research tool. It does not perform clinical psychological evaluations, medical diagnoses, or psychiatric assessments.
RESEARCH ONLY: All profiles represent a "Social Signature"—a mapping of public linguistic and operational traces. These should be used as benchmarks for strategic analysis and are not a definitive statement on any individual's private character.
4. Use of Data & Intellectual Property
The "Behavioral Engine," Euclidean clustering algorithms, and the resulting Behavioral Signatures are the intellectual property of Systemores.
- Permitted Use: You may use the public directory for research, educational, and strategic analysis purposes.
- Prohibited Use: You may not scrape the directory, use the data for discriminatory purposes, or attempt to reverse-engineer the behavioral engine.
5. The Right to Refine
Subjects of public profiles are encouraged to exercise their "Right to Refine." This process allows individuals to claim their synthetic signature and update it through first-party assessment. Systemores reserves the right to verify the identity of any individual claiming a profile.
6. Limitation of Liability
Systemores shall not be liable for any decisions made based on the signatures or analyses provided by the Service. Behavioral intelligence is a predictive and probabilistic science; the Service is provided "as-is" without warranty of any kind.
7. Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice.
8. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Systemores is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
