A. Publicly Available Information (PAI)
Our core engine analyzes publicly accessible digital footprints, including linguistic patterns, social signatures, and operational traces. This data is collected from open sources where individuals or entities have a public presence.
B. Self-Assessment Data
Users who choose to complete an assessment via our partner, Scan Signals, provide first-party behavioral data. This data is processed with explicit consent and is used to provide higher-fidelity signatures.
C. Administrative & Waitlist Data
We collect email addresses and basic contact information from users who join our waitlist or request profile additions. This data is used solely for the purposes of platform updates and service delivery.
D. Analytics
We use anonymized telemetry to understand how users interact with our behavioral directory and comparison tools. This helps us improve the performance of our inference engine.
3. Legal Basis for Processing
We process PAI based on **Legitimate Interest**. The Systemores Profiler serves as a research and intelligence tool for strategic analysis, brand alignment, and risk mitigation. 4. The Right to Refine
We recognize that synthetic analysis of public data may have limitations in fidelity. Under our **Right to Refine** policy, any individual who is the subject of a public profile has the right to:
- Review: Access the behavioral dimensions and archetype classification assigned to them.
- Refine: Complete a first-party assessment to update their profile with higher-fidelity data.
- Remove: Request the removal of their public behavioral signature from our directory.

6. Security
We implement advanced security protocols to protect all stored data, including encryption at rest and in transit. Access to the Profiler Workspace is strictly limited to authorized personnel.
7. Analytics Data We Collect
To understand how Systemores Profiler is used, we collect anonymised, server-side analytics events. Specifically, when you view a page we may record:
- Page path — which page you viewed
- Approximate geography — country, region, and city from your IP address (we do not store raw IP addresses)
- Referrer domain — where you came from (e.g., google.com)
- Device type — mobile or desktop, inferred from your browser user-agent
- Session identifier — a one-way cryptographic hash of your IP address, user-agent, and the current date. This hash resets daily and cannot be reversed to identify you. It is used only to deduplicate page views within a single day.
We do not set tracking cookies, use persistent fingerprinting, or share this data with any third-party advertising or analytics platform. All analytics data is stored in our own database.
8. Your Analytics Opt-Out
You can withdraw consent for analytics collection at any time. Your preference is stored locally in your browser and takes effect immediately — no data is sent to our servers when you opt out.
