## Tactical Playbook
- Address production bottlenecks by decentralizing creative control; establish a tiered delegation system that reduces the need for granular, multi-departmental veto power while maintaining high-level IP strategy.
- Mitigate conflict in cross-functional studio environments by softening rigid, hierarchical chain-of-command enforcement (e.g., office summons) in favor of a flattened, dialogue-driven approach to alignment.
- Balance 'Johnsian Literalism' with evolving audience landscapes; create designated 'innovation sandboxes' within the IP that allow for representational and aesthetic shifts without compromising the core mythological continuity.
